Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all workshops, clinics, and coaching sessions booked with Net Routehub. By making a booking, you agree to the terms below.
1. Workshop and clinic cancellations by you
More than 14 days before the session
Full refund of all fees paid, including deposit. Alternatively, you may transfer your place to a future session at no charge.
7–14 days before the session
50% refund of total fees paid. The deposit is non-refundable within this window. You may transfer to a future session for a £25 administration fee.
Less than 7 days before the session
No refund. You may transfer your place to a future session for a £50 administration fee, subject to availability.
2. Private coaching cancellations by you
More than 48 hours before the session
Full refund or free rescheduling to a mutually agreed date within the following four weeks.
Less than 48 hours before the session
No refund. One free reschedule is permitted per six-session block if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
3. No-shows
If you do not attend a booked session without prior cancellation, the full session fee is forfeited. No refund or reschedule is offered for no-shows.
4. Cancellations by Net Routehub
If we cancel a workshop or clinic due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or venue unavailability, you will receive a full refund within 10 working days or the option to transfer to the next available date. We will notify you at least 48 hours before the session where possible.
5. Deposits
Workshop deposits of £75 are refundable if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the session. Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable as stated in section 1.
6. Coaching blocks
Pre-paid coaching blocks (six sessions) are refundable on unused sessions if you cancel the remaining block with more than 14 days' notice before the next scheduled session. Sessions already delivered are non-refundable. A £30 administration fee applies to block refunds.
7. Non-refundable items
- Printed workbooks already dispatched by post
- Corporate team sessions once preparation materials have been customised (more than 7 days before the session)
- Administration and transfer fees
8. Work already started
If you cancel coaching after we have reviewed your submitted watchlist in preparation for a session, that session is considered delivered and is non-refundable, even if the scheduled call has not yet taken place.
9. Refund process
To request a refund or reschedule, email hello@net-routehub.click with your booking reference and reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 3–5 working days to appear in your account.
10. Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted for workshops and clinics if requested more than 14 days before the original date. Coaching sessions may be rescheduled once per session at no charge if requested more than 48 hours in advance.
11. Exceptions
We may consider exceptions to this policy in cases of serious illness or bereavement, supported by reasonable evidence. Contact us to discuss your situation.
